Common questions
Does it cost anything to join as a creator?
No. Creators join free and keep their fee — brands pay to run campaigns.
Do I need a certain follower count?
No. Each campaign sets its own requirements, and brands see engagement and past work rather than follower count alone.
How do I get paid?
The fee is agreed in writing before you start. Once the work is approved and live, the payout is tracked in your portal through to payment.
What happens to my data?
Your profile is visible to brands you apply to or that source you. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, and we won't source you again after that.
We're a brand — how do we start?
Sign up, create a campaign and publish it. Creators apply, you approve who you want, agree the terms and the work flows from there.
