Terms

The rules for using CreatorOS, for creators and for brands.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you're confirming you're allowed to.

What the platform is — and isn't

CreatorOS is where brands and creators find each other, agree terms, track deliverables and record payouts. Each campaign agreement is between the brand and the creator. We are not a party to it. We don't employ creators, don't guarantee that work will be offered or accepted, and don't guarantee that either side performs. We host the record; the obligations are theirs.

Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your details must be accurate — inflated follower counts are grounds for removal.
  • Your account is yours; don't share the login.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

For creators

  • Deliver what the agreement says, by the date it says.
  • Disclose paid partnerships as the law and the platform require — that's your responsibility, not the brand's.
  • Only submit work you made or have the rights to.
  • Usage rights are what the signed agreement grants. Nothing more is implied by posting here.

For brands

  • Pay agreed fees on the agreed terms.
  • Use creator content only within the usage rights you were granted, and stop when they expire.
  • Creator data you see here is for working with those creators — not for building a list to sell or spam.
  • Review submitted work in reasonable time. Silence isn't approval.

Content and ownership

Creators keep ownership of what they make. Brands get the licence the agreement grants, for the period it states. We store content so both sides can see it and so performance can be tracked; we don't claim any rights to it beyond that.

Payments

Fees are agreed between brand and creator. The platform records what's owed and what's been paid. Where payment is handled outside the platform, settling it is between those two parties. Each side handles their own taxes.

What you may not do

  • Buy followers or engagement, or otherwise misrepresent your reach.
  • Scrape the platform, or try to reach data that isn't yours.
  • Post anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the rights to.
  • Use the platform to harass anyone.

Ending an account

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend one that breaks these terms. Agreements already signed survive the account that made them, and records tied to money are kept for as long as the law requires.

Liability

The platform is provided as it is. We don't promise uninterrupted service or particular campaign results. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We'll post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll say so by email rather than leaving you to notice.
