For creators

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Creators join free and keep their fee. Brands pay to run campaigns.

Do I need a certain follower count?

No. Each campaign sets its own requirements, and brands look at engagement and past work rather than follower count alone. Smaller, engaged audiences win plenty of campaigns.

How do I apply?

Browse open campaigns, open one that fits and apply — optionally with a line about why you're right for it. The brand sees your profile, your metrics and your recent work.

What happens after I apply?

The brand accepts or declines. If they accept, you'll agree terms, sign, and the deliverables appear in your portal with their deadlines.

How do I get paid?

The fee is agreed in writing before you start. Once your work is approved and live, the payout is tracked in your portal through to payment. Payment itself is between you and the brand.

Can I turn down work after applying?

Yes. Decline the agreement before signing. Once signed, it's a commitment — talk to the brand if something changes.

Who can see my profile?

Brands you apply to, and brands who source you. They see your public metrics, your portfolio and anything you've added. They never see your work with other brands.

For brands

How do we find creators?

Three ways: publish a campaign and let creators apply, source them from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, or share your own apply link and collect applications directly.

Where does creator data come from?

Public professional profiles, read through our data provider. We show what we measured and how many posts it came from — an unread profile says so rather than showing zero.

How do agreements work?

Set the deliverables, fee, usage rights and deadlines. The creator reviews and signs, which creates the deliverables automatically and moves them along the pipeline.

Can we ask for changes to content?

Yes. Request changes with a note saying what to fix. The creator sees it, resubmits, and the whole exchange is kept so you can see what was asked and whether it was addressed.

How is performance tracked?

Once a post is live, we read its views, likes and comments from the platform it's on. Campaign content is cheap to track because we already know which post to look at.

Can we invite our team?

Yes — Settings → Team. Roles run from viewer through to admin, so a reviewer can approve content without being able to change campaigns.

Data and privacy

I was sourced without signing up. Why?

Your profile is public and professional, and brands use it to decide whether to approach you about paid work. We only read what's already visible. You can object at any time and we'll delete your record.

How do I get my data deleted?

Email privacy@creator-os.com. We delete your record and add a one-way hash of your details to a suppression list, so you're not sourced again by anyone on the platform.

Do you sell my data?

No. It isn't sold, and it isn't shared for advertising.
